Jim McIntyre has been named as the new manager of Arbroath, the cinch Championship side has confirmed.
McIntyre replaces Dick Campbell, who called time on his seven-and-a-half year stay at Gayfield following the club's Scottish Cup defeat to The Spartans last month.
The Red Lichties have turned to former Dunfermline Athletic, Ross County, Dundee and Cove Rangers boss McIntyre with the club in ninth place in the cinch Championship.
His first game in charge is at home to Greenock Morton on Saturday.
