Three junior sides have contacted Third Division side East Stirling over transfer listed defender Raymond Buchanan however no bids have been received for the big stopper that matches the Shire’s asking price.
Buchanan joined the club in January from Whitletts Juniors, however he has now asked for a move due to a change in his job circumstances that has made it difficult to commute from his home in Ayr to training and games.
Head Coach John Coughlin: “There has been a lot of interest in Raymond but we have not been offered anything like we paid for him just 3 months ago. He has 18 months of his contract to run so we have time to recoup our outlay.”
