The 24-year-old moves to the Tony Macaroni Arena on the back of a successful season for the Spiders, which saw him net 17 goals in all competitions.
He was previously with Queen of the South, Stirling Albion, Stenhousemuir and Kilsyth Rangers before joining Queen's Park for 2019/20.
