Livingston have signed Celtic striker Patrik Twardzik on loan until January 2014.
The Czech-born frontman made a 12-minute appearance as a substitute for the Lions in their 5-1 win at Morton on Saturday in what was his senior debut.
Twardzik’s twin brother Filip is also a Celtic player and has made three appearances for Neil Lennon’s first team while younger brother Dan is a goalkeeper at Dundee - they could face each other in a Championship fixture on January 11.
Livi boss John McGlynn said: “We have some injuries at the moment and wanted to bolster the numbers in the pool. Connor McDonald, Simon Mensing and Nejc Praprotnik are all carrying knocks so I am delighted to bring Patrik in. I am sure that playing in a first-team environment will help his career as well.”
