The 24-year-old joins fellow new boys Marvin Bartley (Hibernian), Nicky Devlin (Walsall) and Cece Franck Pepe (Rieti) at the Ladbrokes Premiership club.
Manager Gary Holt told the Livi website: “He is a good age with plenty experience and is a player who gives you everything on the park. He is very versatile and can play numerous positions - we feel he will be a fantastic signing.”
