Hamilton Accies midfielder Darren Lyon made his first appearance of the season on Tuesday night after an injury hit time as a substitute for the New Douglas Park side’s under-20 outfit which beat Dundee United 4-2.
The 18-year-old was injured in a pre-season tournament up at Oban and a previous comeback attempt failed when Lyon broke a toe.
