Peterhead striker Rory McAllister was today named SPFL Player of the Month for March, becoming the first player from outwith the Premiership to win the top award this season.
The prolific forward scored in all of the Blue Toon’s matches in March, netting eight goals in six SPFL League 2 fixtures overall. His form helped Peterhead win five from six in March and maintain a healthy lead in their pursuit of the title.
The presentation of the SPFL award – which covers all four leagues – was made at Peterhead’s Balmoor Stadium today.
