Queen’s Park head coach Gus MacPherson has re-signed Gavin Mitchell and Sean Burns.
Tony Quinn and James Baty recently agreed new deals and MacPherson has moved quickly to tie up tough-tackling Mitchell and fleet-footed Burns after they impressed during the former St Mirren and Queen of the South manager’s first few months in charge.
He said: “I am delighted to have Gavin and Sean staying with us for next season. We have Tony and James tied up as well and hopefully we will have new recruits soon.”
