Michael McIndoe has been named the new manager of Edinburgh City.
McIndoe, who spent his playing career in England with Bristol City, Coventry and Luton amongst others, replaces Alan Maybury at the cinch League 1 outfit.
City are without a win in the league this term with two points from their nine league matches to date.
McIndoe told the club's website: “I am excited for the challenge ahead and this opportunity. I am under no illusion of the hard work required to get the club up the table but when I was given the privilege of being asked to join the club, it was a very simple decision for me to say yes.”
