Montrose manager Steven Tweed took his players back to Links Park last night for training after undertaking stamina sapping sessions on the beach at nearby Lunan Bay at the weekend.
The Gable Endies players, including the 37 year old player/ boss went through stamina building work on the dunes in preparation for the new season, although they got a gentler time of things last night.
Tweed said, “The weekend sessions were intense and I am sure the players will feel the benefit of them during the season.”
