Peterhead Assistant Manager David Nicholls has taken his desire to get the best from his Balmoor players to a new level by learning all about nutrition and weight management products that have been specifically designed for footballers and sports people involved in high intensity sport.
Nicholls is now looking to use what he has learned to help the Balmoor players as they look to put in a promotion push in the Third Division.
Jim McInally’s assistant said, “Having done a bit of research into what the products do I believe that they can improve players in a number of ways. If anyone wants to get in touch with me about what I have learned I will happily speak to them about Herbalife.
“Herbalife are a huge company who are big football fans and recently backed LA Galaxy in a 10 year deal and Lionel Messi is also a keen fan. It is a long way from Los Angeles and Barcelona to Peterhead but I believe that the benefits to players will be the same.”
Nicholls added, “I am happy to talk to people at other clubs or more information can be found at www.mcgillwellnessrecruitment.co.uk. I should also mention that there are opportunity meetings held every Thursday at 8pm in Airdrie United’s Excelsior Stadium for those situated locally that would like further info.
