Walter Smith's side beat Neil Lennon's men 2-1 after extra time to retain the trophy they had lifted against St Mirren 12 months earlier.
Steven Davis opened the scoring but Joe Ledley equalised before half-time and it was still 1-1 after 90 minutes. Nikica Jelavic grabbed the winner eight minutes into extra time with a shot that went in off the post.
