The winger was previously on loan to the Diamonds and has now agreed a permanent deal with Ian Murray's League 1 side.
Director of football Stuart Millar told the club website: "Euan is a hungry young player who performed well in his short time here. We’re delighted to add yet more pace to the attacking areas."
