Central defender John Ovenstone, who has played for East Fife (twice), Stenhousemuir, Forfar Athletic and Alloa Athletic during a 12 year senior career has signed for Junior side Linlithgow Rose.
Ovenstone spent last season at New Bayview where he played in 27 games and despite interest from Senior sides the 29-year-old has opted for Prestonfield.
