Former Clyde player and Northern Ireland Youth internationalist Connor McGrotty has returned from a scholarship programme in the United States and is on the lookout for a new club in Scotland.
The 20-year-old right back or centre half has been playing at Lassen College in Susanville, California and he is looking to use the experience he has gained to build a career at a senior level.
McGrotty said: “I played Youth football with Rangers, Hamilton Accies and Livingston and then had two years at an under 19 level with Clyde. I was also involved in the Northern Ireland squad for the Victory Shield Tournament at under 16 level.”
“I decided to gain experience in the States and having done that I now want another crack at senior football in Scotland.”
