Anthony Ralston – At the beginning of the 21/22 season, not many would’ve predicted the Hoops defender to be a breakout star. But Ralston has made the right-back berth in Ange Postecoglou’s Celtic team his own. His tireless effort, running and guile, coupled with an ever-improving end product, have made the 23-year-old a vital component to the Hoops’ set-up. With five goals & five assists so far in all competitions, Ralston is surely one to look out for on Sunday.
Callum McGregor – Since Scott Brown’s departure in the summer, McGregor has taken the role of captaincy in his stride. A leader in every sense, McGregor has arguably been the top flight’s most consistent performer over the past five years. A calming presence on the ball, with the ability to unlock a defence at the drop of a hat. McGregor’s abilities have made him one of the first names on the teamsheet for both club and country. Having already won 14 trophies with the Bhoys, the skipper will be aiming to add a 15th on Sunday.
Tom Rogic – Rogic is one of the most technically gifted players to have played in Scotland over the past decade. Having been in and out of the Celtic team for a long time, Rogic has now found himself as almost an ever present in the side under Ange Postecoglou. With the capability to produce the spectacular (see his goal at Tannadice a couple of weeks ago), Rogic will be keen to add to his eight goal contributions in all competitions at Hampden on Sunday. Could the Aussie add another cup final goal to his collection?
