The SPFL has today confirmed the match arrangements and ticket information for the 2025/26 Premier Sports Cup semi-finals on the weekend of November 1/2.
Both games will be played at Hampden Park and will be shown exclusively live on Premier Sports, with a place in the final on Sunday December 14 at stake.
The first semi-final sees Motherwell take on St Mirren on Saturday November 1, kick-off 5.30pm. The Steelmen are aiming to go on and lift the trophy for the first time since season 1950/51 while Saints’ sole success in this competition came in 2012/13.
The second semi-final has been scheduled for Sunday November 2, kick-off 2.00pm, and sees Celtic face Rangers in a repeat of last year’s Premier Sports Cup final, which Celtic won on penalties following a thrilling 3-3 draw at the National Stadium.
Ticket allocations and prices for both matches have also been confirmed following discussions with the competing clubs and relevant authorities.
Despite rising matchday costs, ticket prices in the East and West Stands have been frozen at last season’s rates, with concessionary ticket prices available across the whole stadium.
Adult tickets will be available at £30 and £36, with concession tickets – which are defined as under 16s and 65 and over – priced at £15 and £19.
SPFL group chief executive Neil Doncaster said: “We are delighted to announce the match details for the semi-finals – which will be broadcast live on Premier Sports – and are pleased to confirm that the price for the majority of general admission tickets has been frozen from last year.
“We very much look forward to welcoming all four semi-finalists to Hampden Park for what promises to be a great weekend of football.”
Motherwell supporters will be allocated tickets across the North, South and East Stands for the 5.30pm kick-off on Saturday November 1, while St Mirren fans will be accommodated in the North, South and West Stands.
Celtic supporters will be split across the North, South and East Stands for the 2.00pm kick-off on Sunday November 2, while Rangers fans will be housed in the North, South and West Stands.
As previously announced, both Celtic and Rangers have had their ticket allocations reduced by 500 tickets each as a result of large-scale, organised pyrotechnic activity at last season’s Premier Sports Cup semi-finals and final. Supporters are reminded that a repeat of such activity will result in an automatic reduction of 800 tickets for their club’s next SPFL match at Hampden Park.
Motherwell supporters are also reminded that the club is subject to a suspended reduction of 800 tickets on the same terms.
Tickets will be issued in digital format through the Hampden Park app, with full pricing details for both semi-finals set out below.
The competing clubs will announce ticket sale information via their own channels in due course.
