Queen’s Park’s boss Gus MacPherson has continued re-shuffling his backroom staff, with long-serving assistant manager Bobby Dickson and first-team goalkeeping coach Ronnie Cant leaving their roles.
MacPherson recently brought in former Hamilton manager Chris Hillcoat, with former players Dickson and Cant joining Alan Logan in departing in the aftermath of Gardner Speirs leaving in December.
Club President Ross Caven added: “Bobby’s contribution to Queen’s Park as a player and coach cannot be under-estimated. He started almost 300 games for the club between 1974 and 1983 before returning to join the coaching staff.
“Ronnie only played a couple of games for the first team, but he made a big contribution in his role as a goalkeeping coach.
“Both men have been with us through many highs and lows and will always be welcomed as part of the Queen’s Park family. I would add my personal thanks for their outstanding contribution to the club.”
