The draw for the Ramsdens Cup semi-finals took place at Hampden Park this afternoon.
Rangers have been paired with 1995/96 winners Stenhousemuir at Ochilview while Raith Rovers and Annan Athletic, who have both reached the Semi-Finals on two previous occasions, meet at Stark's Park.

In the event of a draw after normal time, extra time of 30 minutes (i.e. 15 minutes each way) will take place and thereafter, if necessary, Kicks from the Penalty Mark will be taken in accordance with the Rules laid down by the International Football Association Board.
