Tom Lawrence scored the only goal with a superb strike after 34 minutes as Rangers defeated Hibernian 1-0 in Sunday's William Hill Premiership match at Ibrox.
Hibs had a great chance to equalise in first-half stoppage time but Mykola Kuharevich saw his penalty saved by Jack Butland.
The victory moves Rangers to within five points of leading pair Celtic and Aberdeen while Hibernian stay ninth in the table.
