Rangers are out of the UEFA Europa League after losing 1-0 to Benfica at Ibrox.
After the first leg finished 2-2 in Portugal, Rafa Silva scored the only goal of the match in Glasgow to make it 3-2 on aggregate.
As the rain lashed down, neither side could find the net in the opening 45 minutes.
The visitors went ahead when Angel Di Maria nodded the ball on and Silva held his run from the halfway line before dispatching the ball beyond Jack Butland.
After a VAR check, the goal was given and the Portuguese side protected their lead to progress to the last eight of the competition.
