Rangers have confirmed the appointment of Giovanni van Bronckhorst as their new manager following the departure of Steven Gerrard to Aston Villa last week.
The 46-year-old was a hugely successful player at Ibrox, winning five trophies between 1998 and 2001 before signing for Arsenal then Barcelona.
The Dutchman won more than 100 caps for his country before moving into management with Feyenoord and steering them to the title in 2016/17.
He told the Rangers website: "I am absolutely delighted to be returning to Rangers as the club’s new manager. I feel so lucky to be going to work with a squad which is in a great position on all fronts and largely has that experience of being winners."
