Rangers will play the winners of the tie between Servette and Genk in the third qualifying round for the 2023/24 Champions League.
Genk finished as runners up in the Belgian Pro League behind Antwerp while Servette completed the 22/23 Swiss Super League campaign 16 points behind champions BSC Young Boys.
The Ibrox side are bidding to reach the group stages of Europe's top continental club competition for the second consecutive year.
Michael Beale's side will play the first leg on August 8 or 9 before the second leg takes place on August 15.
