Reserve League begins today

A total of nine clubs are taking part in the cinch Reserve League, which was won last season by Hibernian, and they will play each other once across the season.

The 2023/24 cinch Reserve Cup will begin on Tuesday 19 September. A total of 13 clubs are taking part – they have been split into three groups on a broadly regional basis.

Clubs will play each other once and the winner of each group will progress to the semi-finals. The runners-up in the group of five will also qualify for the semi-finals. 

The following clubs will compete in the SPFL cinch Reserve League and Reserve Cup for season 2023/24:
