Cowdenbeath and Queen's Park will contest the final of the Reserve League Cup next month.
The Blue Brazil came from behind to beat Morton 2-1 at Central Park on Monday night while Queen's Park defeated Alloa 1-0 at the Excelsior Stadium.
A date and venue for the final will be announced in due course.
