Review of Monday's games in matchday three of the SPFL Reserve League

Dundee are two points clear at the top of the SPFL Reserve League after beating Rangers 4-0 at Links Park.

Elton Ngwatala, Sofien Moussa, Jean Mendy and Cedwyn Scott were all on target as the Dark Blues made it three wins out of three.

Kilmarnock are in second spot after beating Dunfermline Athletic 5-1 at Rugby Park, with Greg Kiltie and Dom Thomas among the scorers for Andy Millen’s side.

There was also a 5-1 victory for Hearts against Dundee United at Oriam, with Craig Wighton netting twice for Andy Kirk’s team.

Third-placed Motherwell defeated Hibernian 3-1 at Forthbank, helped by a David Turnbull double, while Dylan Mackin bagged a hat-trick in a 3-0 success for Falkirk against Partick Thistle.

Harry Paton scored twice as Ross County overcame Hamilton Accies 3-1 in Dingwall while a Danny Mullen goal helped St Mirren beat St Johnstone 3-2 at the Simple Digital Arena – Greg Hurst claimed both goals for the visitors.

Queen of the South and Morton drew 0-0 at Palmerston while the match between Celtic and Aberdeen was postponed due to international call-ups.
