Ayr United’s experienced front man Mark Roberts has signed on again at Somerset Park and he has been appointed as club captain by manager Brian Reid.
The Somerset Park boss advised, “Mark is an excellent professional who is a great example to our young players. He has kept himself in excellent shape and is well liked and respected by everyone at the club.”
Defender Martyn Campbell has been selected as vice captain.
