Peterhead striker take major step forward in comeback

David RossPeterhead striker David Ross has had an operation carried out on the collarbone he broke in a pre-season friendly against Turriff.

The former Aberdeen man has been ruled out for 2 months by boss Jim McInally who said, “It is a step forward for Davie and a very welcome one as it was a horrible injury. It will be a while till he is back with us but he can start thinking about getting fit in much less pain than he was in.”
