The 29-year-old makes the move to McDiarmid Park after leaving Tayside rivals Dundee, having started his career with Aston Villa.
Parish has also played for Cardiff City, Bristol City, Blackpool, Colchester United and Accrington Stanley and now links up with Tommy Wright’s team.
