Queen of the South moved to within three points of fourth-placed Ayr United with a 2-1 win at Somerset Park and Arbroath are also just three points outside the play-offs after beating Inverness CT 1-0 in the Highland capital. Bottom club Alloa Athletic earned a 3-1 win against Dunfermline Athletic at East End Park and Partick Thistle moved out of the relegation zone at the expense of Morton with a 2-1 triumph at Cappielow.
Raith Rovers moved two points clear at the top of Ladbrokes League 1 with a 5-3 win over local rivals East Fife at Bayview. Airdrieonians are second after a 1-1 home draw with Falkirk, who are point further back. Montrose are three points outside the play-offs thanks to a 3-2 success at Forfar Athletic while Peterhead defeated Clyde 2-0 at Balmoor. Dumbarton were held to a 1-1 draw by bottom club Stranraer at the C&G Systems Stadium.
Cove Rangers beat Elgin City 2-0 at Balmoral Stadium to remain two points clear at the summit of Ladbrokes League 2. Title rivals Edinburgh City also won again, defeating Cowdenbeath 2-0 at Ainslie Park. Fourth-placed Annan Athletic overcame Queen's Park 3-2 at Galabank while Stirling Albion were 2-0 winners away to Stenhousemuir. It finished 0-0 between bottom club Brechin City and Albion Rovers at Glebe Park.
