Dundee United defeated Arbroath 1-0 at Tannadice to retain their 100% record while Kelty Hearts beat East Fife 3-0 at New Central Park.
Group C
Forfar Athletic are four points clear at the top after a 1-0 win away to Brora Rangers. Dundee have been awarded a 3-0 in their tie with Ross County, who couldn't fulfil the fixture.
Group D
Leaders Raith Rovers didn't play but Alloa Athletic hit back for a 2-1 home win over Livingston and Cowdenbeath edged out Brechin City 3-2 at Central Park.
Group E
Hamilton Accies lead the way after coming from behind to win 2-1 at Falkirk. Albion Rovers and Edinburgh City drew 1-1, with Rovers winning the shoot-out.
Group F
Motherwell are top after recovering from two goals down to beat Queen of the South 3-2 at Fir Park. Queen's Park and Airdrieonians drew 0-0, with the Diamonds earning the shoot-out bonus point.
Group G
Stranraer are top of the section following their 1-0 home win against East Kilbride while Kilmarnock defeated Clyde 2-1 at Broadwood.
Group H
Dunfermline Athletic moved above St Mirren after thrashing Dumbarton 5-1 at East End Park and Partick Thistle triumphed 2-1 at Stenhousemuir.
