Round-up of today's games in the SPFL...

Rangers moved to the top of the cinch Premiership after beating St Johnstone 2-1 at McDiarmid Park thanks to a spectacular winner from James Tavernier. Motherwell are up to fourth place after a 2-0 victory over Aberdeen at Fir Park while Celtic saw off Ross County 3-0. Livingston picked up their first point in a 0-0 draw at Dundee and it also ended 0-0 between St Mirren and Dundee United in Paisley. Heart of Midlothian host Hibernian on Sunday, live on Sky Sports at 12 noon.

Inverness CT made it five straight wins in the cinch Championship, beating Partick Thistle 3-1 in the Highland capital. Kilmarnock are second after their 1-0 home win over Morton while Arbroath are third after thumping Hamilton Accies 4-0 at Gayfield. Queen of the South beat Raith Rovers 1-0 at Stark's Park and Ayr United saw off bottom club Dunfermline Athletic 3-1 at Somerset Park.

Queen's Park remain a point clear in cinch League 1 despite being held to a 0-0 draw by Airdrieonians at Firhill. Second-placed Montrose drew 1-1 away to Cove Rangers and Dumbarton are up to third after thrashing East Fife 5-0. Alloa Athletic defeated Falkirk 2-0 at the Indodrill Stadium and Peterhead are off the bottom after beating Clyde 3-2 at Balmoor.

Kelty Hearts are two points clear at the summit of cinch League 2 but had to hit back for a 1-1 draw with Elgin City at New Central Park. Closest challengers Annan Athletic lost 2-1 at home to Stenhousemuir and Stirling Albion are third following their 1-0 success against Forfar Athletic at Forthbank. Edinburgh City won 1-0 at Stranraer and Albion Rovers defeated Cowdenbeath 2-1 in Coatbridge.
