Round-up of today's games in the SPFL...

Heart of Midlothian beat Dundee United 5-2 in an action-packed game at Tynecastle to move up to second place in the cinch Premiership, helped by a double from Ben Woodburn. Kevin van Veen scored twice as Motherwell defeated Aberdeen 2-0 at Pittodrie. St Johnstone and St Mirren drew 0-0 at McDiarmid Park. Leaders Rangers host Ross County on Sunday, with Celtic away to Dundee, live on Sky Sports at 12 noon.

Zak Rudden's early goal earned Partick Thistle a 1-0 win away to leaders Kilmarnock in the cinch Championship. Inverness CT are just a point off the top after a 2-2 draw at Ayr United while third-placed Arbroath drew 1-1 away to Hamilton Accies. Morton defeated bottom club Dunfermline Athletic 3-1 at East End Park while Queen of the South and Raith Rovers drew 1-1.

Airdrieonians are the new leaders in cinch League 1 after a 3-1 home win over Peterhead. Late goals were a feature elsewhere as all the other games ended in draws. Queen's Park were held 1-1 by bottom club East Fifel and it was also 1-1 between Falkirk and Alloa Athletic. Dumbarton drew 1-1 with Clyde while it was 0-0 between Montrose and Cove Rangers.

Kelty Hearts beat bottom club Cowdenbeath 1-0 at Central Park to go seven points clear in cinch League 2. Forfar Athletic are up to second spot after a 2-1 home win over Elgin City while Stenhousemuir beat Stirling Albion 3-1 at Forthbank. Annan Athletic and Stranraer drew 2-2.
