Round-up of today's games in the SPFL...

Rangers beat Ross County 2-1 at Ibrox to close the gap on cinch Premiership leaders Celtic to six points, with Ange Postecoglou's side away to St Johnstone on Sunday, live on Sky Sports at 12 noon. Third-placed Hearts struck three times in the last 20 minutes – with Stephen Humphrys scoring from his own half - to beat Dundee United 3-1 at Tynecastle. Livingston, in fourth spot, saw off Kilmarnock 3-1 at the Tony Macaroni Arena and it was also 3-1 for Aberdeen against Motherwell at Pittodrie. Hibernian moved above St Mirren with a 1-0 victory in Paisley.

Bottom club Hamilton Accies held Dundee to a 1-1 draw in the cinch Championship at New Douglas Park to leave the Dark Blues four points behind leaders Queen's Park. Raith Rovers boosted their play-off hopes with a 2-1 win at Arbroath while Cove Rangers defeated Partick Thistle 1-0 at Firhill. Inverness CT and Morton drew 2-2 at the Caledonian Stadium.

Dunfermline Athletic remain five points clear at the top of cinch League 1 after beating Montrose 2-0 at East End Park while closest challengers Falkirk came from behind to win 2-1 at Kelty Hearts. Airdrieonians are third following their 1-0 home victory over Clyde while Alloa Athletic beat bottom club Peterhead by the same score at the Indodrill Stadium. It was also 1-0 for Queen of the South against FC Edinburgh at Palmerston.

Dumbarton stay four points clear in cinch League 2 following a 1-1 draw with Stenhousemuir at Ochilview as second-placed Stirling Albion were held 1-1 at East Fife. Annan Athletic stay third after a 2-1 victory at bottom club Bonnyrigg Rose and Forfar Athletic moved into the top four by beating Stranraer 2-1 at Station Park. Elgin City and Albion Rovers drew 1-1 at Borough Briggs.
