cinch League Two

Saturday review

Round-up of today's games in the SPFL...

Morton came from behind to beat Queen's Park 2-1 at Cappielow and keep their play-offs alive - the result means Dundee will be champions if they avoid defeat to the Spiders next Friday. Partick Thistle are third in the cinch Championship thanks to a 2-0 win over Arbroath at Firhill and Ayr United moved into the top four with a 1-0 home victory against Raith Rovers, who will be the only team with nothing to play for in the final set of fixtures.

Dunfermline Athletic received the cinch League 1 trophy after beating Clyde 2-1 at East End Park. Alloa Athletic sealed a play-off place with a 4-0 win at Montrose while third-placed Airdrieonians lost 3-1 at home to Queen of the South. Peterhead have been relegated following a 2-1 defeat to Kelty Hearts at New Central Park.

Stirling Albion were presented with the cinch League 2 trophy after beating Forfar Athletic 2-1 at Forthbank. East Fife sealed a play-off place with a 2-1 home win over bottom club Albion Rovers, who must win next week to have any chance of avoiding the relegation play-off. Annan Athletic are in the play-offs after drawing 0-0 with Bonnyrigg Rose at Galabank. Elgin City are safe from any threat of relegation thanks to a last-gasp 1-0 victory over second-placed Dumbarton at Borough Briggs. Stranraer saw off Stenhousemuir 2-0 at Stair Park.

Spartans beat Brechin City 1-0 at Ainslie Park in the first leg of the pyramid play-off semi-final.
