St Mirren earned an impressive 3-0 win over Hibernian at Easter Road while St Johnstone defeated Ross County 1-0 in Dingwall. Motherwell and Kilmarnock drew 1-1 at Fir Park.
Dundee United have a four-point lead in the cinch Championship after coming from behind to beat Ayr United 2-1 at Somerset Park. Fourth-placed Greenock Morton thrashed Dunfermline Athletic 5-0 at East End Park and Queen's Park, in ninth spot, beat Inverness CT 1-0 in the Highland capital.

The New Saints beat Falkirk 1-0 at the Falkirk Stadium in the semi-final of the SPFL Trust Trophy on Saturday evening and will face Airdrieonians in the final on March 23/24.
