Queen's Park beat Dunfermline Athletic 3-0 at East End Park in the day's only cinch Championship match thanks to goals from Jack Turner, Dom Thomas and Mackenzie Carse as they climbed to sixth in the table.

With Falkirk v Cove Rangers postponed due to the Scottish Cup, Hamilton Accies missed the chance to close the gap on the cinch League 1 leaders as they suffered a shock 3-2 defeat to ninth-placed Annan Athletic at New Douglas Park. Fourth-placed Montrose beat bottom club Edinburgh City 3-0 at Links Park and Alloa Athletic defeated Stirling Albion 1-0 at the Indodrill Stadium. Kelty Hearts and Queen of the South drew 0-0 at New Central Park.

Stenhousemuir stretched their lead at the top of cinch League 2 to 16 points with a 1-1 draw at East Fife, who had Dick Campbell in charge for the first time. Elgin City defeated The Spartans 2-1 at Ainslie Park and Stranraer beat Clyde 2-0 at Stair Park to leave the Bully Wee 10 points adrift at the bottom. Forfar Athletic are in ninth spot following their 2-2 draw away to Dumbarton.
