Falkirk are on the brink of the cinch League 1 title after beating bottom club Edinburgh City 4-1, with Callumn Morrison scoring all four goals. Second-placed Hamilton Accies won 3-1 at Cove Rangers to delay the Falkirk party. Third-placed Alloa Athletic lost 2-0 at home to Queen of the South while Montrose, in fourth, went down 1-0 to Stirling Albion at Forthbank. Ninth-placed Annan Athletic beat Kelty Hearts 3-2 at Galabank.

Dumbarton beat Bonnyrigg Rose 2-0 and East Fife defeated Stranraer 2-1 at Bayview.
