Round-up of today's games in the SPFL...

Celtic defeated Heart of Midlothian 2-0 at Parkhead to make it five wins and five clean sheets to start the season. They stay top of the William Hill Premiership on goal difference from Aberdeen, who beat Motherwell 2-1 at Pittodrie. Hibernian saw off St Johnstone 2-0 at Easter Road and it was also 2-0 for Ross County against Dundee in Dingwall. St Mirren and Kilmarnock drew 2-2 in Paisley while Dundee United host Rangers on Sunday, live on Sky Sports at 12 noon.

Falkirk are the new leaders in the William Hill Championship after winning 2-0 away to Airdrieonians while Ayr United drew 1-1 with Partick Thistle at Somerset Park. Third-placed Livingston beat Hamilton Accies 3-0 while Queen's Park are fourth following a 1-0 victory over Greenock Morton at Lesser Hampden.

Alloa Athletic are the new leaders in an incredibly tight William Hill League 1 after a 2-2 draw with Inverness CT at the Indodrill Stadium. Queen of the South are second after a 2-1 home win over bottom club Arbroath. Montrose saw off Stenhousemuir 3-0 at Links Park while Cove Rangers were 3-1 winners at Kelty Hearts. Dumbarton made it six straight draws as it finished 1-1 with Annan Athletic at Galabank.

Peterhead moved four points clear in William Hill League 2 with a 2-1 home win over Stirling Albion while second-placed East Fife lost at Stranraer by the same scoreline. Elgin City are third after beating Bonnyrigg Rose 2-1 at Borough Briggs while Spartans defeated bottom club Forfar Athletic 1-0 at Ainslie Park. Clyde and Edinburgh City drew 1-1 at New Douglas Park.
