Former Hamilton player Marco Paixao, who was one half of the Portuguese twins that played for the Accies in the SPL for two seasons before leaving last summer, looks set to join brother Flavio in playing in Iranian football.
Marco looks all set to sign for Saipa FC, who are based in the Alborz Province of the country, and are owned by the Iranian automobile manufacturer of the same name. Flavio has been with a team that are also backed by a four wheel sponsor since the start of the season, when he joined Traktor Sazi who are the favourites of the Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company.
