East Stirlingshire full-back Nathan Shepherd has been hit with another disappointment as he looks to get playing again after an injury-hit two years.
The former Morton and Stranraer player picked up a knee injury against Clyde in 2012, with the Shire supporters clubbing together to help pay for an operation to get him playing again.
Shire boss Craig Tully saying: “It looks like Nathan will need a tidy-up operation that will rule him out for the next couple of months. It is disappointing news for him and for us.”
