Dumbarton have brought in former Pollok Juniors manager Rab Sneddon to assist recently appointed interim first team manager Alan Adamson. The Sons had unveiled former Rangers, Hearts and Scotland midfielder Derek Ferguson in the role before performing a U turn after Ferguson decided to concentrate on his media commitments.
Adamson said, “Rab is an extremely experienced football manager and we moved for him as soon as Derek decided he could not do the role. He started work with our players last week and I am delighted he is here.”
