Following the announcement of the return of SPFL Reserve football in season 2022/23, the SPFL is pleased to confirm the arrangements for the 2022/23 SPFL cinch Reserve Cup.
Twelve clubs have each been allocated, where practically possible, into two regional groups of six clubs.
Clubs will play each other once in the group stage for a total of five matches.
The group winners and runners-up will progress to the semi-finals, where the winner in each group will host the runner-up in the opposite group in each semi-final.
