SPFL Press Release

In December 2018 it was confirmed that an SPFL Board Sub-Committee, chaired by an experienced independent solicitor, had determined that The Falkirk Football and Athletic Club Ltd. (“Falkirk FC”) had breached and/or failed to comply with SPFL Rules D9 and D10 in relation to the employment of its current football management team.
 
A further hearing was held on 15 January 2019 for the Sub-Committee to consider what, if any, sanction(s) should be imposed by reason of such breaches/failures to comply.

Falkirk FC has the right of appeal to a Scottish FA Appellate Tribunal in accordance with the SPFL Rules and the Scottish FA Judicial Panel Protocol.
