Inverness CT beat Peterhead 2-0 in the Highland capital while Kelty Hearts won 2-1 away to Montrose. Stenhousemuir got the better of Cove Rangers, winning 1-0 at Ochilview.
It was a good day for the away sides in William Hill League 2, with Dumbarton winning 2-1 against The Spartans at Ainslie Park and East Kilbride getting the better of Elgin City by 1-0 at Borough Briggs. Edinburgh City beat Stranraer 2-1 at Stair Park while Annan Athletic and Stirling Albion are first and second following their 0-0 draw at Forthbank. It was also 0-0 between Clyde and Forfar Athletic at New Douglas Park.
