The 2006/07 SPL Handbook, which contains club information and all the rules and regulations, can now be downloaded in a PDF format.
Click on About The SPL from the menu on the left-hand side of the home page then select The SPL tab.
There you will find the Handbook, plus Media Guidelines and Membership Criteria for 2007/08.
