SPL Music Box courses

The first SPL Music Box sessions will take place at Aberdeen, Celtic and Hearts on Monday 17 October to Friday 21 October

The first SPL Music Box sessions will take place at Aberdeen, Celtic  and Hearts on Monday 17 October to Friday 21 October in partnership with Creative Scotland. 

SPL Music Box at Aberdeen
is open to 12 to 18-year-olds and will give teenagers the chance to try a range of different instruments such as guitar, bass, drums and key board. The course will run from 1pm to 3pm. 

SPL Music Box at Celtic will give teenagers the chance to try their hand at a range of popular music instruments including guitar, drums, bass, vocals, keyboards, Djing and MC as well opportunities for collaboration, band work, recording, songwriting and performance.

Sessions will take place at Celtic Park from Monday 17th – Friday 21st October at 1.00-3.00pm.

Following on from the October holiday programme, Music Box will also take place every Friday evening during the school term at Celtic Park as of Friday 28th October.

SPL Music Box at Hearts
is a course designed for bands and artists already in existence and young musicians looking to form a band. The course is open to 15 to 20-year-olds and will run from 6pm to 8pm.

If you want to work on your sound, develop material, make your first demo or simply want a space to rehearse while gaining some valuable assistance and advice on how to take your band on the live circuit, then this class is perfect!

SPL Music Box is completely free and booking is essential as spaces are limited!
