Shaun Rooney
Callum Davidson's side will likely play a variation of a 3-4-3 and the wing-backs will therefore be of immense importance. Thankfully, they have one of the most in-form players in that position in the Premiership in the ex-Caley Thistle man. Rooney's rampaging runs were a huge asset to the Perth side in the semi-final against Hibs. He scored in that game and his prowess from set-pieces could again be a match-winning factor.
Ali McCann
There won’t be much time and space in the midfield battle in this final. There will be a lot of combative play and tireless energy and it's important to have a player who thrives under such conditions but can also provide a bit of quality whenever the opportunity arises. Ali McCann is that man. The young midfielder is a hunter of opponents, a ravenous digester of loose balls and someone capable of making the key pass in the final third.
Chris Kane
While the McDiarmid Park stalwart may not be the most prolific of scorers, he still plays a vital role at the head of the Saints attack and has emerged as their undoubted first-choice striker this season. That's mainly down to his ability to occupy the minds of defenders and link smoothly with team-mates. Another strength is his knack for winning free-kicks, which could be huge on Sunday. As evidenced by their semi-final win over Hibernian, set-pieces could play a massive role in deciding this match.
