Stirling fans pay for bus

Fans stump up for long trip

Stirling Albion goalkeeper, Callum ReidfordStirling Albion fans have stepped in to help the First Division club by footing the bill for the team bus to Dingwall to face Ross County on Saturday. A Club Spokesperson said, “We received a fantastic offer from the Supporters Club to pay for the team bus and naturally, we have accepted their offer.”

Albion goalkeeper Callum Reidford has been released from hospital following the accidental injury he sustained against Raith Rovers on Saturday and the former Rangers, Dunfermline and Clyde man has had three plates inserted in his jaw.

Reidford is intending to pop in and catch up with his team-mates at training tonight if he feels up to it.
