Peterhead’s versatile former Aberdeen and Celtic player Ryan Strachan will miss this weekend’s game at Albion Rovers due to the ankle knock that has seen him absent for five weeks.
The 23-year-old should return a week on Saturday, with Balmoor manager Jim McInally saying: “Ryan is improving all the time but this weekend will probably be too soon. Fingers crossed he will be available for our Scottish Cup tie at Berwick.”
